The tall stems behind me are Jerusalem Artichoke. I’m growing it in a big garbage bin as an experiment. Shiso and ‘Black Brandywine’ tomato is off to the side. Man, I can’t wait for those suckers to ripen. The Brandywine flavor merged with the depth and richness of a black tomato… that can’t not be good.
