You decide which is which.
- ‘Sugar Lump’ Tomato
- ‘Stallion’ Bush Bean – Would have been better if this had been a pole bean. Just saying.
- ‘Snow White Cherry’ Tomato
- ‘Turks Nuts’ Tomato – Described as purple/brown and ribbed.
- ‘Cherry Pink O’s’ Tomato
- ‘Uncle Willie’s’ Bush Bean
- ‘Furry Yellow Hog’ Tomato – Ummm….
- ‘Heaven’s Joy’
- ‘Isis Brandy’ Tomato
- ‘Isis Candy Cherry’ Tomato – Triple whammy, this one.
- ‘Long Tom’ Tomato
- ‘White Bush’ Tomato – This is too easy.
- ‘Boy Boy Tom’ Tomato
- ‘Leatherwood Special’ Tomato
You forgot Peter Peppers. Have you seen these things? They’re vulgar.
OMG Gayla you forgot Drunken Woman Lettuce!
Sorellina: Good one.
Meighan: Never! Figured I’d already mentioned it in a previous post.
LOL. Love this!!And my sister says gardeners are prudes. ha.
Had a real good laugh at your post.
I thought about it for a while and all I came up with was Turks cap! (and the crowd went wild)
ESP.
Striptease Hosta! I know, it’s not a vegetable. I still like Czech’s bush tomato. Good times.
Too funny!
I’ve grown Peter Peppers. An old farmer gave me some seeds for them.
Buttercup: And I like ‘Czech’s Bush’ for the actual growing. A good determinate.
Purple, brown, and ribbed! Now that sounds interesting haha.
Hey now, be careful. All this talk like this is at risk for getting this blog blocked at work for.;P This is part of what keeps me sane during the day!
You forgot “Black Seaman” tomatoes. I giggle every year when I write up the plant marker.
I’m fairly new to growing veggies from seeds, and now looking through my own seed collection this year I feel a little chagrinned at it’s lack of scandal. I guess I’m the only one this year growing Amish veggies. :) Lousy modest produce!
And then theres Happy Jack Pumpkin
“rich orange rind with moderate ribbing, and a firmly attached handle”
I offen thought a cucumber could be used for something besides eating. Too Funny!
