My sticks on fire (Euphorbia tirucalli) is blooming! The flowers are so wee, I almost missed them. They’re not much to write home about (or on a website for that matter), but it was such a monumental occasion, I felt it warranted pulling out the camera and posting about it anyway.
I grow this tender succulent in a pot and keep it indoors through much of the year. It is transferred outdoors in the summer where it takes on the fiery red colouration to which its name refers.
I love it when succulents bloom. They show a whole different side of their personality.
Mine hasn’t bloomed yet (or maybe I missed it?!). Cheers for the share :)
Pretty typical Euphorbia blooms too, eh?
What a pretty, strange little flower!
It is the little things that count! Thanks for taking the time to share this =) <3
