That is such a beautiful picture of baby bananas coming to life. I was so excited to finally get to eat some of my own home grown baby bananas here in South Texas. They were wonderful, very sweet and not starchy like some that you get sometimes. It is wonderful to be able to watch my own organic bananas grow in my own back yard.
