  1. Peas like cooler weather. Most people start in the earliest spring when the ground is first workable and then do another crop in the early fall when the heat lets up.

  3. My peas are about that size, too. I started a bushing variety this time, so they supposedly don’t require staking.

    I have started a garden(in ground) in atlanta, i have my tomatoes and herbs in ground , is it to late to start seedling for spinach, bell peppers, and lettuce? LOVE THE BOOK IT IS MY GARDEN BIBLE!!!
