David Suzuki Foundation Newsletter

Okay. I am sorry because it seems like every other post is just me tooting my own horn about some such nonsense but, really, I can’t believe this. I was just doing a search for something completely unrelated and by total chance came upon a recommendation of my book in the Spring 2007 newsletter of the David Suzuki Foundation!

NO. WAY.

I know this is ridiculously juvenile and someday I will come to regret both writing these words AND making it public (let’s not talk about the graphic) but LOOK — can you believe it because I sure can’t — the cover of my book sits on the same page as a picture of David Suzuki’s face! The little kid in me who grew up watching The Nature of Things has died and gone to heaven. The adult too.

  1. That’s so awesome. I totally know how you feel. I felt the same way the first time my name appeared in a magazine.
